In January, Honor unveiled the Honor V40 smartphone in China. It arrived as the company’s first phone after separating from its former parent brand Huawei. Recent reports have revealed that the Chinese brand will be launching more smartphones in the coming month and one of them could be the Honor V40 Light Luxury Edition. A couple of live shots of the upcoming smartphone are now being circulated on Weibo.
The Honor V40 Light Luxury Edition’s live shots show that it will be sporting an oval-shaped camera module that houses a large-sized lens at the top, followed by three other cameras and an LED flash. The rear appearance of the phone is quite similar to the Huawei Nova 8 5G.
While the front side of the Honor V40 Light Luxury Edition is not revealed in the new images, it is speculated to feature a curved edge display with a punch-hole placed at the top-center position. The Nova 8 5G also features the same design on the front. The device is also being referred to as the Honor V40 Youth Edition.
