Honor V9 Play, Honor 6 Play Officially Unveiled With Mid-Range Specs, Affordable Pricing

Honor, the subsidiary brand of Huawei has introduced two new smartphones on Sept. 6 namely, the Honor V9 Play and Honor 6 Play. Here is all the information available on both smartphones.

Honor V9 Play

The Honor V9 Play features a 5.2-inch screen that delivers an HD resolution of 720 x 1,280 pixels. The smartphone is driven by MediaTek MT6750 chipset that features a 1.5 GHz octa-core processor and Mali-T860MP2 graphics. It features an internal storage of 32 GB and it also supports microSD card through a hybrid SIM slot.

Honor V9 Play

It houses a fingerprint reader on the rear panel. It is loaded with Android 7.0 Nougat that is flavored with EMUI 5.1. It has a f/2.2 aperture 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel frontal shooter. It has a 3,000mAh battery.

Its sales will begin in China from Sept. 12. It will be available in multiple colors as seen above. The 3 GB RAM and 4 GB RAM variants of the Honor V9 Play would be selling for 999 Yuan (~$153) and 1,199 Yuan (~$184)

Honor 6 Play

The Honor 6 has a 5-inch HD display and is driven by MediaTek MT6737T chipset and 2 GB of RAM. It has a native storage of 16 GB. It has a selfie camera of 5-megapixel with f/2.4 aperture and 8-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture. It is packed with a 3,020mAh battery.

Its sales will begin from Sept. 7 in China for 599 Yuan (~$91). As of this writing, there is no confirmation of arrival of these phones in other markets.
