Honor just confirmed that it will be launching the Honor X10 Max in China on July 2. Soon after the confirmation, a trustworthy tipster from China released a leaked specs sheet of the phone.
The Honor X10 Max has 174.46 x 84.91 x 8.9mm dimensions and it weighs 227 grams. It features a 7.09-inch display that offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels. There is a waterdrop notch on the screen. It is yet to be confirmed whether the X10 Max features an LCD or OLED display. The notch is the home for its 8-megapixel selfie camera.
The Dimensity 800 5G chipset is present under the hood of the device. This leak debunks the rumors that claimed that the Kirin 820 5G will be present under its hood. The Honor X10 5G phone that debuted last month featured the Kirin SoC.
The leaked also revealed that the Honor X10 Max is backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 22.5W fast charging. The smartphone is loaded with Magic UI 3.1.1 based Android 10 OS. The leak does not mention the number of cameras that are available on the backside of the phone. However, it reveals that it is fitted with a primary sensor of 48-megapixel.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 Pro flagship gaming phone that debuted in February this year features a 7.1-inch AMOLED display and it is powered by Snapdragon 865. Being a mid-range phone, the Honor X10 Max will be arriving as the cheapest 7-inch phone this year. The Honor X10 Pro 5G is also said to be in works. However, the launch date of the phone is yet to be confirmed.
