On June 16, Honor will be taking off covers from the Honor 50 series of smartphones. Reports have also revealed that the brand is working on the Honor X20 series of smartphones that are speculated to include two handsets such as Honor X20, Honor X20 SE, and Honor X20 Pro. Today, reliable tipster Digital Chat Station shared a live shot of the smartphone to reveal the rear design of the X20.
The Honor X20 leaked shot reveals that it has a gradient-colored back. It is unclear whether the phone’s rear shell is made up of glass or glossy polycarbonate material.
A triple camera setup followed by an LED flash can be seen at the top-left corner. The text that is imprinted alongside the rear cameras reveals that it has a 64-megapixel main camera.
The tipster who shared the above claimed that the Honor X20 will debut after the Honor 50 series. Hence, it appears that X20 lineup could be one of the first Honor phones to debut in the second half of the year.
Past reports have revealed that the Honor X20 will be driven by the Dimensity 1200 chipset. Unconfirmed leaks have revealed the X20 will sport an LCD panel that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and it may house a 4,200mAh battery that supports 66W rapid charging.
The Honor X20 series will be replacing the Honor X10 and X10 Max handsets that were announced last year. The Honor X10 came with specs like a 6.63-inch 90Hz FHD+ display, Kirin 820 chip, 40-megapixel triple cameras, a 16-megapixel pop-up camera, and a 4,300mAh battery with 22.5W charging. On the other side, the Max variant offered a 7.09-inch LCD FHD+ screen, Dimensity 800 chip, 48-megapixel dual cameras, an 8-megapixel front camera, and a 5,000mAh battery with 22.5W charging.
