Honor has confirmed the launch date of the Honor X30 smartphone. It will be unleashing the X30 mid-range phone on Dec. 16 in China.
Honor China CMO, Jiang Hairong’s Weibo post talks about the Honor X series of smartphones. He said that the Honor X lineup was born eight years back with the launch of the Honor 3x smartphone. Now, there are as many as 90 million users are using the Honor X series across the globe.
For the past years, the company has been endlessly exploring to offer top-notch features on its X-lineup. In November, the company unveiled the Honor X30i and Honor X30 Max mid-ranges. Hairong confirmed that the X30 will be debuting on Dec. 16 in the home market.
The company is yet to share the key specifications of the Honor X30. Leaked information that surfaced last month revealed that it will arrive with a punch-hole display and a 48-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera unit. It is speculated to launch as the world’s first phone driven by the Snapdragon 695 SoC. The other details of the phone are under the wraps.
The Honor X30 will be positioned higher than the existing X30 models. The X30i came with specs such as a 6.7-inch Full HD+ 90Hz display, 8-megapixe selfie camera, 48-megapixel triple cameras, Dimensity 810, a 4,000mAh battery that supports 22.5W rapid charging. The X30 Max came with specs like a 7.08-inch Full HD+ screen, an 8-megapixel front camera, 64-megapixel dual cameras, Dimensity 900, and a 5,000mAh battery that supports 22.5W rapid charging.
