Earlier this week, Honor had just unveiled a new entry-level smartphone dubbed as the Honor Play5 Lite. That however, doesn’t stops the company from launching yet another exciting handset known the Honor X30 Max in the Chinese market today.
As you can probably tell from the name, the new Honor X30 Max is a massive device measuring 174.37 x 84.91 x 8.3 mm in dimension which is even larger than the iPhone 13 Pro Max.
Starting with the front, the Honor X30 Max builds around a 7.09” TFT LCD display which boasts a FHD+ screen resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, as well as an 8 megapixels front-facing camera to handle selfie and video calls.
At the back, it sports a rectangular camera island which is home to a dual-cam setup comprising of a 64 megapixels main camera as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor for portrait shots.
Under the hood, it’s powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset which will be coupled with 8GB RAM as well as an option between 128GB and 256GB built-in storage. The phone as usual, will boot on Magic UI 5.0 based on Android 11 out of the box.
To keep it’s lights on, Honor X30 Max draws power from a respectable 5,000mAh battery with 22.5W fast-charging support. Other than that, it also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 3.5mm headphone jack, as well as support for NFC and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity.
