All you have to do is to root the device, and it’ll open you to the possibilities of installing custom ROMs and other root-only apps on your handset.   2. Make sure you have enabled USB Debugging from your device’s Settings.
  3. Download the F-02E-root.zip and extract it to a folder on your desktop.
  4. Connect your device to the PC using a USB cable.
  5. From the extracted folder, double-click on the runme.bat file.
  6. You will be prompted to hit any keys on the keyboard. Do so when prompted.
  7. Once done, reboot your device.
  8. Congratulation! You’ve just rooted the  Fujitsu Arrows X F02-E.
