According to Jack Tong, HTC’s president of North Asia, it seems like that the Taiwan-based company doesn’t have any plan to released the One M9 Mini handset this time round.
“Overall the industry is moving towards new phones over 5 inches in size and our product roadmap is close to that of the industry,”
To the best of our knowledge, the HTC One M7 Mini and the M8 Mini doesn’t perform as well in terms of sales as compared to its larger siblings.
As seen by their earlier announcement of the One M9+ and the One E9+, its highly possible that HTC has already planned to ditch the sub-5″ handsets and focus more on their phablets instead.
