Huawei Honor 6A Launched with Metal Body, 3 GB RAM, Nougat and 3,020mAh Battery

Huawei has officially launched the Honor 6A budget smartphone. It has been launched to replace the older Honor 5A smartphone.

The Honor 6A features a metal body with some plastic where the antennas are placed. It features a 5-inch screen HD screen like the predecessor phone. It is fueled by Snapdragon 435 chipset. The phone comes preinstalled with Android 7.0 Nougat coupled with EMU 5.1

The dual-LED enabled 13-megapixel rear-facing camera of Honor 6A utilizes Sony IMX278 sensor. It features a 5-megapixel front camera. It lacks a dedicated LED flash which was present on the predecessor phone. It has a rear-facing fingerprint reader.

Compared to small-sized 2,200mAh battery on Honor 5A, the Honor 6A comes with a larger 3,020mAh battery with fast charging capabilities. The phone comes with a 5V/1A charger

The Honor 6A pre-orders have started through Vmall.com in China.  It will be also available through JD.com from May 25. It will start shipping from June 1. The 2 GB RAM + 32 GB storage model and its priced at 799 Yuan ($115) and the 3 GB RAM + 32 GB storage costs 999 Yuan ($145). It comes in colors like gold, rose gold, silver and blue.
