After having it’s real life images leaked out earlier today, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro is now spotted in an unofficial unboxing video which shows off the device’s front and rear design.
Due to the reflection of it’s glossy back panel, we couldn’t really tell for certain if this is the Black or the Space Silver version of the Mate 30 Pro. However, we do know that the device will be available in four color options including Space Silver, Cosmic Purple, Black and Emerald Green.
From the video, the Mate 30 Pro definitely looks more elegant and exquisite than what we’d seen from the earlier leaked images. It’s circular housing on it’s back panel actually looks pretty neat and goes well with the overall design – unlike what critics have been suggesting.
When you look from the side, you can see that the camera module on the back actually protrudes out a little, but not as much as what we’d seen from the Nokia 7.2.
On it’s front panel, we can see a waterfall display which comes with much more pronounced curves along the two sides. In fact, it seems like the display drops down at nearly 90 degrees along it’s flanks. This is something similar to what we’d seen from the recently announced Vivo NEX 3.
According to a newly released video teaser, Huawei seems to hint that the Mate 30 Pro will come with various virtual buttons along it’s sides. This make perfect sense keeping in mind that there aren’t any physical buttons along it’s edges from what we had saw in the video.
And yes, the Mate 30 Pro will still features a huge rectangular notch on it’s front panel. But this time round, it is said to come with an upgraded selfie camera module, as well as an improved face recognition system for it’s face unlocking feature.
