Huawei Mate X3 could be launched soon in China. A Huawei device with model number PAL-AL00 has been certified by China’s TENAA telecom authority. It is speculated that this device will be launched soon in China as the Huawei Mate X3 foldable phone. At the same time, the tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked a few specifications of the device.
The TENAA listing has minimal information on the specifications of the Huawei PAL-AL00. It reveals that it is a 4G LTE device packed with a 4,500mAh (rated value) battery. It will come preinstalled with HarmonyOS 2.0.1. The TENAA listing of the device is expected to get updated with other details on the specs in the next few days.
The tipster revealed that the Huawei Mate X3 will be equipped with an inward folding design, a high refresh rate OLED screens, an improved hinge, and will be driven by the Kirin 9000 4G. To recall, the Mate X2 4G that debuted in June 2021 was also equipped with the same SoC. The TENAA certification of the alleged Mate X3 indicates its launch date may not be far away.

The Huawei Mate X2 4G has a 6.45-inch OLED display that offers an 1160 x 2700 pixels resolution, and it has an 8-inch foldable OLED screen that produces a 2,200 x 2,480 pixels resolution. Both screens carry support for a 90Hz refresh rate. The Kirin 9000 4G powered device features 6 GB / 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.
The Mate X2 has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. Its rear camera setup has a 50-megapixel main camera, a 16-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 12-megapixel telephoto lens, and an 8-megapixel telephoto periscope camera. It has a 4,500mAh battery with 55W fast charging. It is equipped with a side-facing fingerprint scanner.
