In November, Huawei had announced the MatePad Pro flagship tablet in China. The Kirin 990 today received a global unveiling. It comes with a starting price of 549 euros.

The MatePad Pro 5G has a 10.8-inch IPS LCD punch-hole display that offers quad HD+ resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels. The tablet promises a screen-to-body ratio of 90 percent. The 7nm Kirin 990 chipset is present under the hood of the tablet along with 6 GB and 8 GB of RAM. The tablet comes in storage choices such as 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB storage.
The MatePad Pro 5G is blessed with quad speakers for superior audio output. It has a front camera of 8-megapixel. On its rear is a 13-megapixel camera. The tablet is backed by a huge battery of 7,250mAh capacity. It not only supports 40W fast charging, but also it comes with 27W fast wireless charging. Also, there is support for 7.5W reverse wireless charging. The device runs on Android 10, but it lacks Google services. By connecting the optional keyboard device, it can be used as a laptop with a desktop interface.
Huawei MatePad Pro 5G Pricing
The Wi-Fi only 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GBR AM + 256 GB storage are priced at 549 euros and 649 euros, respectively. The LTE editions of the same configurations cost 599 euros and 699 euros, respectively. The 5G edition that comes in 8 GB RAM + 256 GB and 8 GBR AM + 512 GB storage versions are priced at 799 euros and 949 euros. The Chinese firm is selling accessories such as M Pencil, Smart Keyboard and Folio Cover for the users of MatePad Pro with respective price tags of 99 euros, 139 euros and 39 euros.
