Huawei will be announcing the Huawei Nova 5 series on June 21. There have been conflicting rumors on the smartphones that are included in the lineup. A reliable tipster from China has claimed that the Nova 5 series includes three smartphones that are powered by three different processors. Here are the specs of each of Nova 5 series smartphones:
The tipster claims that the Nova 5 Pro will have a 6.39-inch AMOLED display that supports full HD+ resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. It will be powered by Kirin 980 chipset. For photography, it will feature 32-mgeapixel selfie camera and 48-megapixel + 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel quad camera setup. The handset has 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of native storage. Other reports have revealed that there will be 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage model as well. A 3,500mAh battery will power the phone and it will carry support for 40W fast charging. It will be available in Green, Black, Orange and Purple colors.
The Huawei Nova 5 is expected to arrive with same specs as the Pro model. However, instead of the Kirin 980 flagship chipset, the Nova 5 will be arriving as the company’s first phone with the upcoming 7nm Kirin 810 chipset. It will also come in Orange, Green, Black and Purple colors. It will lacks support for NFC.
The Nova 5i is expected to come with a 6.4-inch display that supports 1080 x 2310 pixels. The Kirin 710F is expected to power the phone. For photography, it will come with 24-megapixel front camera and 24-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel + ToF 2-megapixel quad camera setup. It is expected to come with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The smartphone is rumored to arrive with a 4,000mAh battery.
