Huawei Nova 7, 7 SE & 7 Pro’s official specs were leaked along with its live images

We’re just four days away from the official unveiling of the highly-anticipated Huawei Nova 7 series smartphones. This time round, a total of three smartphones are expected to be announced during the upcoming launch event. These devices include the Huawei Nova 7 SE, Nova 7, as well as Nova 7 Pro.

Ahead of their unveiling, the official specs and live images had made their surprise appearance on Chinese Weibo – revealing pretty much everything we need to know about these devices.

Huawei Nova 7 SE

Among the trio, the Huawei Nova 7 SE will be the most affordable model. The device features a 6.5-inches LCD display with FHD+ screen resolution. The hole-punched compartment on its front panel will be housing a 16 megapixels selfie camera.

At the back, the Nova 7 SE has a quad-camera setup consisting of a 64 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens, 2 megapixels macro camera and a 2 megapixels depth sensor. A side-mounted fingerprint sensor is also present as well.

The Huawei Nova 7 SE will be driven by the latest Kirin 820 SoC which was also found within the recently announced Honor 30S. This will be coupled with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB onboard storage.

Moving on, a hefty 4,000mAh battery with 40W fast-charging will be available under the hood to keep its light on.

As for the Huawei Nova 7, the device will be utilizing an upgraded 6.53-inches OLED display with FHD+ screen resolution. Its front panel will have a 32 megapixels selfie camera, as well as an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Over on its back panel, the Huawei Nova 7 is also equipped with a more powerful quad-camera setup which includes a 64 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens, 8 megapixels telephoto lens, as well as a 2 megapixels macro camera.

This device will be driven by the latest Kirin 985 SoC which was found in the newly announced Honor 30 smartphone. In the memory compartment, there will be 8GB RAM and up to 256GB onboard storage as well. Similar to the Nova 7 SE, the device will be rocking the same 4,000mAh battery with 40W fast-charging.

Huawei Nova 7 Pro

Last but not the least, we have the Huawei Nova 7 Pro – the highest-end model within the entire Nova 7 series. This device will featured a 6.57-inches curved OLED display with FHD+ screen resolution. However, unlike the other aforementioned smartphones, the Nova 7 Pro will have a dual hole-punched compartment which houses a pair of 32 megapixels main shooter and an 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens.

Over on its flip-side, it will maintain a quad-camera setup comprising of a 64 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens, 8 megapixels telephoto lens, as well as a 2 megapixels macro camera. The main differentiating factor for its camera system will be its ability to support up to 5x optical zoom, and as much as 50x digital zoom. This is because the device will be equipped with a telephoto lens of a longer focal length than that of the Nova 7.

In terms of internals, the Nova 7 Pro will be driven by the Kirin 985 platform coupled with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. It will still be coming with a similar 4,000mAh battery with 40W fast-charging.
