The Huawei P40 Lite (non-5G), also known as Nova 6 SE and Nova 7i in other markets, will soon be getting a brand new Silver shade according to a press render published by reputable tipster @Sudhanshu1414. In some aspect, the new Silver shade on the Huawei P40 Lite share some resemblance to the Silver Forst variant of the current P40 smartphone.
As usual, aside from its cosmetics differences, the rest of the specs are expected to remain similar as the other color variants. However, there is no words on the actual availability of this new colorway as of now.
For those who’d missed out, the Huawei P40 Lite features a 6.4-inches FHD+ LCD display with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The hole-punch cutout on the top-left corner is home to a 16 megapixels selfie camera.
Over on the rear, the device has a quad-cameras system consisting of a 48 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens, 2 megapixels macro camera, as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor.
Under the hood, the Huawei P40 Lite is driven by an octa-core Kirin 810 SoC coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB onboard storage which is further expandable via a nm card.
To keep its lights on, the device has a generous 4,200mAh battery which carries support for up to 40W fast-charging. On the software-side, it will boot on EMUI 10 based on Android 10 (AOSP version).
