Following the success of the Huawei Watch 3 and Watch 3 Pro (Review), Huawei is now back with the brand new Huawei Watch GT 3 in the European market where it’s offered in both 42mm and 46mm variants.
Just like the 2019’s Watch GT 2, this year’s model continues to pack a vibrant AMOLED display measuring 1.32” and 1.46” respectively for the 42mm and 46mm models. It builds around a high-quality stainless steel watch case will be paired with either a skin-friendly Viton strap, stylish calfskin strap or an elegant Milanese strap.
Also, it’s worth pointing out that the Watch GT 3 also carries a 5 ATM water-resistant rating which allows the watch to be worn during shallow-water activities like swimming in a pool or ocean.
Once again, the signature rotating crown that we saw on the Huawei Watch 3 series smartwatches also made it’s return to the new Huawei Watch GT 3, allowing users to easily zoom in and out or apps, or quickly access your target function.
Expectedly, the Huawei Watch GT 3 also arrives with dozens of sport tracking and health monitoring features that ensure you’re always at the best of health. What’s noteworthy however, is that the Watch GT 3 is claimed to feature an upgraded heart rate module dubbed as the fifth-gen’s TruSeen optical heart rate sensor that ensures highly accurate reading throughout the day.
According to Huawei, the Watch GT 3 offers an impressive battery life of up to 14 days for the 46mm model and up to 7 days for the 42mm model. Just like any of the company’s recent smartwatches, the Watch GT 3 continues to charge wirelessly via it’s dedicated wireless charging port.
For those who’re interested, the Huawei Watch GT 3 is priced at €329 (US$383) and €349 (US$406) respectively for it’s 42mm and 46mm variants in the European market.
