Huawei has launched the Huawei Y9 (2018) mid-range smartphone. Prior to its launch, the rumor mill had leaked plenty of information on its specifications and features. This mid-range phone that is equipped with a full screen design is packed with four cameras and a large-sized battery.
The Huawei Y9 (2018) includes a 5.93-inch display that carries support for FHD+ resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9. The Kirin 659 chipset is present under the hood of the device. The SoC is coupled with 3 GB of RAM. It includes an inbuilt storage of 32 GB and also features a microSD card slot for additional storage.
The Huawei Y9 (2018) houses a huge battery of 4,000mAh capacity and still manages to sport a slim profile of 7.9 mm. The rear panel of the phone features a dual came system that comprises of a 13-megapixel sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor. For snapping selfies, the handset features a 16-megapixel sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor. The handset will come loaded with Android 8.0 Oreo.
The Chinese manufacturer is yet to reveal the pricing of the phone. It is expected to arrive in the Europe with a pricing of 200 euros and in color options like Black, Blue and Gold. It is expected to get announced in Thailand on March 15.
