The Huawei P10 was the company’s first flagship phone for 2017. The rumor mill is already speculating on the features that will be arriving on the successor phone for P10. Since the predecessors of the P10 came with monikers like P9 and P8, it was assumed that the P10’s successor will be called P11. A leaked screenshot that reveals the 2018 roadmap for Huawei shows that the upcoming P-series phone will be known as Huawei P20.
The Huawei Mate 10 phones were recently unveiled in Israel. The launch event was held by the Israel Alpha Telecom that has been licensed by Huawei to sell its products in the country. During the event, the CEO of the Israel Alpha Telecom named Rami Hazan revealed that the next flagship from Huawei will be called Huawei P20. Previous reports have revealed that Huawei has already trademarked the P20 moniker. He has also revealed that the P20 would be launching at the start of 2018.
Recent reports have claimed that Huawei would be using the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018 stage to unveil the Huawei P20 flagship. It would also bring along other phones like Huawei P20 Plus and P20 Lite. However, the P20 series won’t be releasing in Israel in Q1 2018. The leaked shot also reveals that the Chinese manufacturer will be announcing an Honor phone, Huawei A2 fitness band, Huawei 360 Camera, Huawei Scale accessory and Huawei B618 Wireless Router in Q1. In Q2, the company will be unleashing a second Honor phone and a Huawei B525 router. The Q3 will see another Honor phone and the last quarter will bring the new Mate Pro, Mate Lite and the further Honor phone.
