Infinix has confirmed that it will be holding a global launch on Sept. 13. The event will see the arrival of the Zero X smartphone. One of the teaser images showcases the design of the smartphone.
The Infinix Zero X’s teaser shows that it features a centrally aligned punch-hole display. Its left edge features a SIM card slot. Although the Zero X lineup includes two handsets such as Zero X and Zero X Pro, the Sept. 13 launch event will see the arrival of only the vanilla model.
The Zero X is expected to feature the Helio G96 chipset. it is speculated that the device will provide users with a 120Hz refresh rate display and a 5,000mAh battery with fast charging support. A leaked render of the device that was shared by XDA Developers revealed that its rear shell will be sporting a speckled finish. It also revealed that its rear camera setup includes three cameras and quad-LED flash.
One of the cameras of the Zero X has a squarish appeal, which indicates that it features a periscope zoom lens. Speaking of cameras, the company has confirmed that it will offer the Super Moon Mode for capturing stunning shots of the moon.
Recently, an African YouTuber (Tech Arena24) shared the key specs of the Zero X Pro. The smartphone will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel that produces a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. For security, it features an in-screen fingerprint scanner.
It will be powered by the Helio G96 chipset and 8 GB of RAM. The smartphone will offer 128 GB of built-in storage. For photography, it will feature a front camera of 16-megapixel and an OIS-enabled 108-megapixel triple camera unit with 60x digital zoom support. It will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery, which will be coupled with 40W fast charging.
