Indian smartphone manufacturer Intex has officially announced their latest Aqua i5 Mini handset which comes with a price tag of just Rs. 6,580 ($112). The Aqua i5 Mini is another budget smartphone aimed to compete with other sub Rs. 10,000 smartphones from Micromax and Gionee.
For the money we pay, we’ll get a decent 4.5 inch display completed with a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8MP rear camera, 2MP front camera, 4GB internal storage, microSD slot, 1,500mAh battery, as well as Android 4.2.2 running in the background. Looking at its spec sheet, the Aqua i5 Mini is surely worth the money from our pocket – just that there isn’t anything unique about its design that’s all.
