The iQOO 11S is one of the first flagship phones that is expected to release in the second half of 2023. Before the launch, the company released a couple of teasers to reveal the key features of the 11S. The poster that the company rolled out today confirms a few details about the phone’s display.
As mentioned in the poster, the iQOO 11S will arrive with an E6 AMOLED display. It will offer a 2K resolution and support a 144Hz refresh rate.
The iQOO 11S’ display will offer 517 ppi of pixel density and reach a peak brightness of up to 1800 nits. The screen will also support PWM and DC dimming. The Chinese manufacturer has not confirmed the exact size of the display.
In all likelihood, it features the same 6.78-inch display that was made available on the iQOO 11 5G. The other poster confirms that the 11S will 200W fast charging. Speculations are rife that it will pack a 4,700mAh battery.
Other reports have revealed that the iQOO 11S will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM. The phone will come with UFS 4.0 storage. It is expected to arrive in multiple variants, such as 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 16 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage, and 16 GB RAM + 1 TB storage.
The iQOO will run on Android 13 OS, which will have the OriginOS 3.0 custom UI on top. It is likely to feature a 16-megapixel front-facing camera and a rear-facing triple camera setup featuring an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel Sony IMX866 primary camera. The phone will also have an under-display fingerprint and a dedicated display chip for enhanced gaming experience.
