iQOO is one of the brands expected to unveil Snapdragon 8 Gen 4-powered flagship phones by the end of this year. The brand is expected to unveil the iQOO 13 and 13 Pro in November. The previous Pro-monikered iQOO flagships, such as the iQOO 12 Pro, iQOO 11 Pro, iQOO 10 Pro, and iQOO 9 Pro, have remained exclusive to the Chinese market. New reports suggest that the 13 Pro may not launch this year.
iQOO 13 key specifications (rumored)
In a recent Weibo post, tipster Digital Chat Station seemingly revealed key details about the iQOO 13. Speaking about the iQOO 13 Pro, DCS said that the device has everything that it should have, but this model has not been confirmed yet. In today’s leak, he mentioned the key specifications of the iQOO 13 and again reiterated doubts about the Pro variant’s existence.
According to DCS, the iQOO 13 will have a flat display that offers a 2K resolution and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint scanner. Interestingly, the tipster previously hinted that the iQOO 13 will have an 1.5K resolution screen.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 4-powered device will have an IP68-rated chassis. He further said in the comments section of the Weibo post that if this version (iQOO 13) is implemented, the iQOO 13 Pro will definitely be gone, indicating that it may not launch.
Other reports have claimed that the iQOO 13 may come equipped with a 6,000mAh battery and 120W fast charging support. The highest variant of the device may offer 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage.
