iQOO will unveil the iQOO 15 and Neo 11 flagship phones in October in China. The company has already shared several details about the iQOO 15, but it is yet to confirm its launch date. Today, tipster Digital Chat Station released a Weibo post to reiterate all the iQOO 15 specs that have surfaced so far.
iQOO 15 specifications (rumored)

According to the tipster, the iQOO 15 will feature a 6.85-inch Samsung AMOLED panel with a flat design. It will support a 2K resolution of 3168 x 1440 pixels and a 144Hz refresh rate. For security, it will feature an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor.
Under the hood, the iQOO 15 will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and the self-developed Q3 graphics chip. It will be powered by a 7,000mAh battery that will support 100W wired and wireless charging.
At present, there is no information about the iQOO 15’s front camera. However, it is likely to feature a 32-megapixel snapper like the previous generation. On the back, it will have a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera.
The iQOO 15 will run on Android 16 with a layer of OriginOS 6 on top. The device will come with other features, such as a 09164 x-axis linear motor and symmetrically arranged dual speakers.
