As can be seen above, the iQOO 15 Ultra is tentatively scheduled to launch in early February in China. At present, the company has not revealed the launch date of the iQOO Z11 Turbo, which it has been teasing over the past few days.

The Z11 Turbo may debut as early as mid-January, which suggests that more teasers for the iQOO 15 Ultra could arrive after the Turbo’s launch. Reports have revealed that the iQOO 15 Ultra will be targeted towards specific types of users, such as gamers and streamers. The device is expected to feature a built-in cooling fan and gaming shoulder buttons.

The core specifications of the iQOO 15 Ultra could be the same as those of the iQOO 15, but it may include a larger battery. It is likely to feature a 6.85-inch AMOLED screen offering a 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it may feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM, up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage, and a 7,000mAh+ battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging support.

The iQOO 15 Ultra could be equipped with triple 50-megapixel cameras. It is expected to run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
