The iQOO 15 series in China currently includes two models, the iQOO 15 and 15 Ultra. A new leak now suggests that the brand could be working on a third model. Here’s a look at its expected name and early details.
iQOO 15T may feature a cooling fan

According to the leak, an active cooling fan, which is currently limited to the iQOO 15 Ultra, may also arrive on iQOO’s mid-range offerings. These upcoming phones are expected to combine ultra-high refresh rate displays, built-in cooling systems, and large batteries, indicating a shift towards a new performance-focused category.
One of these upcoming devices is likely to be called the iQOO 15T. However, the tipster has not shared any detailed specifications of the device so far.
Considering it is part of the iQOO 15 series, it may launch a couple of months before the iQOO 16, which is expected to debut in October this year in China. Therefore, the iQOO 15T could arrive around mid-2026.
As for the iQOO 16, early reports suggest it may feature a 2K Samsung display with support for a 165Hz or 185Hz refresh rate. It is also expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chipset and may include a triple camera setup with a 200-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera.
