Update: A Weibo user has shared a couple of live shots of the iQOO 5 series phone. He has used the hashtag #iQOO5Pro which indicates it is not the vanilla model, but the higher variant. Rumors have claimed that the iQOO 5 Pro has a curved display, while the iQOO 5 has a flat display. Both displays have punch-hole and could be of 6.56 inches.
The rear side of the phone has textured material which suggests that it could be made out of carbon fiber. There is a triple camera setup at the top-left corner of the back panel. The third lens in the setup is a periscope zoom lens that is rumored to support 5x optical zoom and 60x hybrid zoom. The cameras are assisted by quad-LED flash.

Recent reports have revealed that the model number of the upcoming iQOO 5 flagship phone is V2024A. In June, the smartphone was benchmarked on Geekbench. It revealed that the phone is powered by the Snapdragon 865 SoC and 8 GB of RAM. Now, a 12 GB RAM variant of the phone has been spotted on Geekbench.
The Geekbench 5 appearance of the Vivo V2024A iQOO 5reveals specs like Snapdragon 865 (mentioned as ‘kona’ codename, 12 GB of RAM, and Android 10 OS. The 8 GB RAM variant of the smartphone was recently spotted in Master Lu benchmarks. However, the iQOO 5’s 12 GB RAM model has been spotted for the first time.
In the single-core test, the iQOO 5 has scored 926 points. It recorded a score of 3377 in the multi-core test. No other specs of the phone are mentioned in the Geekbench 5 listing.
