The Xiaomi Mi 11 was the first smartphone in the world that’s powered by the latest Snapdragon 888 chipset following its official launch back in December last year. During the same month, the Mi 11 toppled the Huawei Mate 40 Pro to become the best performing flagship phone on AnTuTu.
Fast forward one month, the highly-coveted position occupied by the Xiaomi Mi 11 is now taken over by the recently announced iQOO 7 which had achieved a commendable average score of 728,784 points on AnTuTu. The Mi 11 on the other hand, had slipped to second place with an average score of 705,593 points.
Despite the differences in score, both the Xiaomi Mi 11 and iQOO 7 actually share a similar Snapdragon 888 chipset, as well as memory configuration consisting of 12GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage. Furthermore, both devices also implement an upgraded LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 flash storage technologies in the memory department as well.
Although the Vivo X60 Pro+ and Samsung Galaxy S21 smartphone series were also announced in January, but they only went on sale quite recently so there aren’t enough data to rank these devices for the month of January.
