The iQOO Neo 10 series is expected to launch by the end of this month in China. According to reports, the Neo 10 lineup will rival the Redmi K80 series, which is also rumored to debut around the same time in the home market. Reliable leaker Digital Chat Station has been consistently leaking details about iQOO’s next-generation Neo models. In the latest leak, he shared a leaked schematic to reveal the design for the first time.
The above schematic reveals that the iQOO Neo 10 series design will not be too different from the Neo 9 series from last year. On the front, the device is equipped with a flat display with a punch-hole design. The leaker reveals that the company reduced the size of the screen borders.
The rear camera island, while it looks almost identical to the Neo 9 series, has been slightly modified. The image suggests that the series will continue to feature a dual-camera setup with an LED flash positioned outside the camera island. The right spine of the phone features a volume rocker and a power button.

The iQOO Neo 10 and Neo 10 Pro are expected to feature a 6.78-inch OLED 8T LTPO panel that offers a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, The standard model will have an optical fingerprint sensor, whereas the Pro variant may have an ultrasonic fingerprint reader. The series will be powered by a 6,100mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. Both devices will run on Android 15 and OriginOS 5.
The Neo 10 will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel dual-camera setup. On the other hand, the Pro edition will have the more powerful Dimensity 9400 SoC and a 50-megapixel + 50-megapixel dual-camera system. For selfies, both devices will have a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.
