Last month, iQOO announced the iQOO Neo 8 and Neo 8 Pro in China. The latter debuted as the first-ever Dimensity 9200 Plus chip powered smartphone. The device was made available in two configurations. Today, the company announced the arrival of its third variant.
So far, the iQOO Neo 8 Pro has been available in two configurations in China, such as 16 GB RAM + 256 GB storage and 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage. These are available for 3,299 Yuan ($465) and 3,599 Yuan ($505). Starting today, the highest configuration version of the iQOO Neo 8 Pro is available for pre-order through multiple platforms, such as Vivo China’s website, Jingdong Mall, Tmall, and Pinduoduo.
The new variant of the iQOO Neo 8 Pro is priced at 3,699 Yuan ($520). It comes with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. The handset comes in black, mint, and red shades. The new model will be available for purchase on June 15.
iQOO Neo 8 Pro specifications
The iQOO Neo 8 Pro has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution and a 144 Hz refresh rate. The device ships with the Dimensity 9200+ chip, LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, and a 5,000mAh battery that supports 120W charging.
The handset runs on Android 13 OS and OriginOS 3.0. It has a 16-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel (main, with OIS) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) dual-camera setup.
Currently, the iQOO Neo 8 Pro is only available in China. It is unclear whether the phone will be released in markets outside of the home market.
