Multiple reports have claimed that the iQOO Neo 8 and Neo 8 Pro will debut in May. While the vanilla model is expected to come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset, the Pro variant has been said to arrive as the world’s first Dimensity 9200 Plus-powered smartphone. Today, the iQOO Neo 8 Pro appeared with model number V2302A at AnTuTu. The benchmark listing has revealed that the device will indeed arrive with the Dimensity 9200 Plus chipset.
The iQOO Neo 8 Pro’s AnTuTu listing has revealed that it features a 120Hz AMOLED display, 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM, 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage, and Android 13 OS. The listing also confirms that the Dimensity 9200 Plus is equipped with 1 x Cortex-X3, 3 x Cortex-A715, 4 x Cortex-A510, and an Immortalis-G715 MC11 GPU.
In the CPU test of AnTuTu, the device scored 298,850 points. It scored 594,203, 263,503, and 212,041 points in the GPU, memory, and UX tests, respectively. It managed to record a total score of 1,368,597, which is even higher than scores achieved by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2-powered flagship phones.
Reports have claimed that the iQOO Neo 8 Pro will have a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution. It will have a 50-megapixel camera on the back. The device will pack a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
