Jia Jingdong revealed that the iQOO Neo 9S Pro+ will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. The inclusion of said chipset suggests that it will compete with the likes of the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro, Realme GT 6, and Redmi K70 Ultra in the Chinese market.

For a better gaming experience, the Neo 9S Pro+ will have the Q1, a dedicated chip for handling graphics. Under the hood, the device will feature a 5,500mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging. He confirmed that it will be a slim device measuring 7.99mm in thickness.

The iQOO Neo 9S Pro+ will offer enhanced security thanks to the inclusion of an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint scanner.  On the back, the device will have an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel primary camera and a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens. It will come preinstalled with Android 14, with a layer of OriginOS 4 on top.

In comparison, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro features the Dimensity 9300 chipset, a 5,160mAh battery, and an optical in-screen fingerprint sensor. It appears that the rest of the specifications of the Neo 9S Pro+ will be identical to the Neo 9 Pro. At present, the global market’s launch date remains unclear.
