Although the iQOO 3 5G is still relatively fresh from the oven, but iQOO will soon be prepping an upgraded version of the device which will be known as the iQOO Neo3. This has been officially confirmed by the company’s Weibo handle earlier today.

Apparently, the iQOO Neo3 will continue to feature a Snapdragon 865 SoC under the hood. However, unlike the current iQOO 3 which has a mediocre screen refresh rate of 60Hz, the upcoming iQOO Neo3 will boast a higher screen refresh rate which is likely to be at least 120Hz.
This will help to bridge the with other gaming flagships including the Black Shark 3 Pro and Nubia Red Magic 5G which all have above 60Hz screen refresh rate.
As of now, we’re still unsure about other possible changes towards its specs and design. However, based on what we saw on the current iQOO Neo, it’s safe for us to assume that the device will be largely similar to the iQOO 3.
As in the case of the iQOO 3, the upcoming iQOO Neo3 is likely to arrive in both 4G and 5G models in select markets as well.
