iQOO Neo5s is all set to go official on Dec. 20 in China. Several reports have revealed that it will be sporting a centrally aligned punch-hole display, but there have been no leaks on its rear design. Now, an official teaser shared by iQOO finally gives a good look on the rear appearance of the Neo5S.
According to the teaser, the phone will be sporting a curved edge rear panel with a protruding camera module. It is equipped with an OIS-enabled triple camera unit. The company revealed that it’ll also be equipped with a highly efficient heat dissipation unit measuring 11098mm2. iQOO has innovatively incorporated high-conductivity and heat-dissipating rare earth elements inside the Neo5s to promote rapid cooling.
iQOO recently confirmed that the iQOO Neo5s will be equipped with dual chip technology, meaning it feature a dedicated display chip for better viewing experience and the Snapdragon 888 SoC. The Chinese manufacturer is yet to share the main specs of the smartphone.

Rumors have it that the iQOO Neo5s will feature a 6.56-inch OLED panel that offers a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be equipped with a 16-megapixel front-facing camera and its rear camera module will include an OIS-ready 48-megapixel Sony IMX598 primary sensor.
The Neo5s will run on OriginOS Ocean UI flavored Android 12 OS. it will house a 4,500mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging. The device will ship with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
