After launching the iQOO Neo5 and Neo5 Lite devices, it appears that the company will soon be launching a new model known as the iQOO Neo5s in the Chinese market next month, according to a reliable Chinese tipster.
Although information pertaining to this device remains scarce at the moment, but the device is tipped to share largely similar specs as the iQOO Neo5 except for some notable differences.
Unlike the iQOO Neo5 which was powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 870 chipset, the upcoming iQOO Neo5s is said to be equipped with an upgraded Snapdragon 888 chipset instead. Also, the phone will be featuring a new generation’s liquid cooling system for better heat dissipation during gaming to prevent overheating.
Likewise, it was also noted that the phone will be adopting an OLED display supplied by BOE along with a custom display chip. Although the battery is expected to be larger than the 4,400mAh battery on the iQOO Neo5, but the iQOO Neo5s is likely to retain the same 66W fast wired charging.
