iQOO Neo6 lands in the global market with Snapdragon 870, 64MP triple cameras & 80W fast-charging

After launching the brand new iQOO Neo6 in the Chinese market last month, iQOO has finally expanded the availability of the phone to the global market with India being it’s first destination.

However, before we get too excited, let’s bear in mind that the global variant of the iQOO Neo6 is in fact a rebadged version of the slightly toned-down iQOO Neo6 SE that was launched in the Chinese market earlier this month.

Right off the bat, the iQOO Neo6 builds around a 6.62” E4 AMOLED display featuring a FHD+ screen resolution alongside a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. To help with selfies and video calls, the phone also has a 16 megapixels front-facing camera situated within a centered punch hole cutout.

Over on the rear side, the device sports a rectangular camera island which houses a triple-camera setup comprising of a 64 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide camera, as well as a 2 megapixels monochrome unit.

Even though the Chinese variant is powered by a flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 mobile platform, the global variant opted for a Snapdragon 870 chipset instead. This will be aided by up to 12GB RAM and 256GB built-in storage in the memory department.

To keep it’s lights on, the iQOO Neo6 SE is backed by a respectable 4,700mAh battery which carries support for 80W fast-charging. Software-wise, it’ll be shipped with a custom FuntouchOS 12 based on Android 12 OS out of the box.

Those who’re interested can pick the phone from two different colorways such as Dark Nova and Cyber Rage. In the Indian market, the iQOO Neo6 INR29,999 ($385) and INR33,999 ($440) respectively for it’s 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB variants.
