iQOO is reportedly working on the Z10 series of smartphones for the Chinese market. In April last year, iQOO announced the Z9 series, which featured multiple models including the Z9x, Z9, and Z9 Turbo. The brand introduced the Z9 Turbo+ in the second half of 2024. A recent leak by tipster Digital Chat Station revealed that the upcoming Z10 lineup will comprise four models: Z10x, Z10, Z10 Turbo, and Z10 Turbo Pro. Both the Turbo models have reportedly appeared in the database of the Geekbench benchmarking platform. Additionally, in a new Weibo poster, DCS has shared key details about the Z10 Turbo and Z10 Turbo Pro.
The Z10 Turbo and Z10 Turbo Pro have reportedly appeared with respective model numbers V2452 and V2453 in Geekbench’s database. The Dimensity 8400 and Snapdragon 8s Elite, respectively, power these devices, according to the Geekbench listings.
Therefore, it appears that both phones will rival the Redmi Turbo 4 and the upcoming Turbo 4 Pro smartphones in China. The reason behind it is that while the Turbo 4 has the Dimensity 8400 chip, the Pro edition is expected to come equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Elite chip.
iQOO Z10 Turbo, Z10 Turbo Pro key specifications (rumored)
In the latest leak, DCS has confirmed the specifications of the Z10 Turbo and Z10 Turbo Pro chipsets. Additionally, he has mentioned that both phones will have identical specifications. These include a 6.78-inch flat LTPS OLED panel that offers a 1.5K resolution and a battery of around 7,000mAh capacity. A previous leak revealed that the screen will also support a 144Hz refresh rate.
For photography, both Turbo models from iQOO will feature a 16-megapixel front-facing camera and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 primary camera on the back. Rumor has it that an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens will accompany the primary sensor.
