iQOO is rumored to be working on a new phone called iQOO Z1x. It could be the coming as the first mid-range phone from 5G capabilities. A Chinese tipster had revealed some of its key specs earlier this month. Today, the same tipster seems to have shared vital information on its screen.
The iQOO Z1x is believed to be a weaker version of the iQOO Z1 that went official last month. The Z1 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ SoC chipset. The Chinese tipster on June 5 had claimed that iQOO Z1x is coming with Snapdragon 765G. The tipster had even claimed that it will be launching this month as the most affordable phone from iQOO. However, there is no official confirmation of its existence yet.
The same tipster today stated on Weibo about the phone, probably iQOO Z1x, that he had spoken about on June 5. He claimed that the phone is equipped with a punch-hole display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. Hopefully, more details on the phone will arrive in the coming weeks. Recently, the alleged phone was spotted at 3C certification with a 33W fast charger.
iQOO Z1 Specifications
The iQOO Z1 has a 6.57-inch IPS LCD display that offers a 144Hz refresh rate and a Full HD+ resolution. The iQOO UI 1.0 based Android 10 OS runs on the smartphone.
The Dimensity 1000+ SoC is assisted by LPPDR4x RAM and UFS 2.1 storage. It houses a 4,500mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging.
The iQOO Z1 has a front-facing camera of 16-megapixel. The back panel of the phone has a 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera system.
