Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO had already announced a quite a handful of attractive smartphones this year. Now, the company aims to further diversify its portfolio by launching another mid-ranger smartphone today – iQOO Z1x.
For starter, the iQOO Z1x features a 6.57-inches FHD+ LCD display which has a buttery-smooth 120Hz screen refresh rate. The device utilizes a hole-punch design to accommodate a 16 megapixels selfie camera at the front. Furthermore, it also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Over at the back, the iQOO Z1x comes with a familiar rectangular housing which play host to a triple-cameras system. These cameras include a 48 megapixels main camera, 2 megapixels macro camera, as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor.
Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 765G SoC coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB onboard storage. Other than that, it will also features a 3.5mm headphone jack and is able to support both standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) 5G modes.
To keep its lights on, the iQOO Z1x draws power from a massive 5,000mAh battery which supports up to 33W fast-charging. It will run on the custom iQOO UI based on Android 10 OS.
For those who’re interested, the device will be available in three different colorways including White, Blue and Black. The iQOO Z1x will be priced at 1,598 Yuan (US$229), 1,798 Yuan (US$257), 1,998 Yuan (US$286) and 2,298 Yuan (US$329) respectively for its 6GB+64GB, 6GB+128GB, 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB models.
