The rumor mill is heavily speculating on the arrival of iQOO Z1x as the brand’s first mid-range 5G phone. Rumors are rife that the iQOO Z1x will go official on July 2. However, the Chinese firm is still mum on its existence. Recent reports have revealed that the V2012A model number belongs to the iQOO Z1x smartphone. The V2012A model has been spotted at 3C’s database in China and it has also surfaced on Geekbench benchmarks. Now the handset has appeared at TENAA with its preliminary specs. Hence, it appears that its launch may not be far away.
The V2012A handset’s TENAA appearance states it has 164.20 x 76.5 x 9.06mm dimensions. Its display measures 6.57 inches and it has a rated battery of 4,880mAh capacity.
The images of the phone have not appeared yet at TENAA. It is unclear whether the device is equipped with a waterdrop notch or punch-hole display. It is known that it has an IPS LCD screen and it may support up to 120Hz refresh rate. The 3C listing of the smartphone had revealed that its retail package may include a 33W fast charger.
The Snapdragon 765G is expected to fuel the iQOO Z1x. The device is likely to arrive in variants such as 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB storage as well as 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. A recent leak had revealed that the iQOO Z1x is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery.
The IQOO Z1x is likely to come with a 48-megapixel main camera in its triple camera system. The phone seems to feature a side-facing fingerprint reader. The handset will be debuting as an inferior version of the Dimensity 1000+ powered iQOO Z1 that went official in China last month.
