The iQOO Z6 Lite 5G is all set to launch on Sept. 15 in India. The device is rumored to come equipped with a Snapdragon 4-series chipset. A new leak courtesy of tipster Abhishek Yadav has revealed the name of the processor that will drive the iQOO Z6 Lite 5G.
The screengrab shared by the tipster reveals key information about the upcoming Z6 Lite 5G. It mentions that the device is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipset, which is yet to go official. The new chip works at 2.0GHz. Some rumors, which haven’t been proven, say that the SD4G1 will be like the Snapdragon 695.
The leak further reveals that the Z6 Lite 5G will come with 6 GB of RAM and 2 GB of virtual RAM. It will offer 128 GB of built-in storage and run on Android 12 OS. The leak has no information on the other specs of the device.
The Z6 Lite 5G’s microsite, available on Amazon India, reveals that it features a waterdrop notch display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. The page mentions that its chipset will be confirmed tomorrow (Sept. 7). The back panel of the device has a triple camera unit. The Amazon page will confirm the camera specs of the Z6 Lite on Sept. 8. It appears that the device is equipped with a fingerprint scanner.
The iQOO Z6 Lite 5G will be slotted below the iQOO Z6 5G in the Indian market. This indicates that the smartphone could be priced at around Rs 15,000 ($188).
