iQOO is reportedly working on the iQOO Z6 series for China. Today, a Chinese tipster revealed that the lineup includes two models, such as the iQOO Z6 and the Z6x. Both devices have received certification from the 3C authority of China. In addition, another tipster leaked the key specifications of the Z6.
Two Vivo devices with V2220A and V2164KA model numbers have been approved by the 3C authority of China. According to tipster WHY LAB, the V2220A model will debut as the iQOO Z6, whereas the V2164KA will be marketed as the iQOO Z6x in China.
As can be seen in the screenshot, both are 5G-ready devices. The Z6 could come with an 80W charger, according to the 3C listing. The Z6x, on the other hand, could come with a 44W fast charger.
The tipster claimed that the iQOO Z6 would be equipped with a high refresh rate display. A previous leak had claimed that it would feature a 120Hz IPS LCD screen. The handset will be powered by the Snapdragon 778G mobile platform. The specifications of the Z6x are not known, but it is expected to house a huge battery. It will probably pack a 6,000mAh battery.
Recent reports have revealed that iQOO is also working on the iQOO Neo 7. So far, reports have revealed that the device will be supporting the Dimensity 9000+ chipset, a 4,700mAh battery with 120W fast charging, and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766V main camera. The rest of its specifications could be identical to the iQOO 10 5G, which debuted in China last month.
