Recent reports have revealed that the upcoming Vivo phone with the V2314A model number that has emerged in the database of China’s 3C certification and Geekbench is the upcoming iQOO Z8 smartphone. Today, the same device appeared on AnTuTu with some of its key specifications.

As can be seen, the iQOO Z8 AnTuTu listing reveals that it will feature a 120Hz display, a Dimensity 8200 chipset, 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, 512 GB of storage, and Android 13. The OS is expected to have a layer of OriginOS 3.0 on top.
The device recorded a score of 972,222 points on AnTuTu. It is a total of CPU, GPU, memory, and UX test scores, in which the smartphone recorded 286,473, 240,807, 221,449, and 223,493, points, respectively.
As per other reports, the iQOO Z8 will be equipped with a 6.64-inch LCD panel that offers Full HD+ resolution. The device is likely to be equipped with a side-facing fingerprint scanner.
The device is expected to arrive with 8 GB / 12GB of RAM and 128 GB / 256 GB / 512 GB of storage. It may arrive with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging. On the front, it will have a 16-megapixel selfie camera, and its back panel will have a 64-megapixel main camera with OIS support and a 2-megapixel depth assist lens.
The iQOO Z8 is expected to launch in early September in China. It is likely to be joined by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip-powered iQOO Z8x. The device will pack a 6,000mAh battery, which may support 44W fast charging. The rest of its specs could be similar to the Z8.
