Yesterday, tipster Digital Chat Station revealed the existence of the iQOO Z9 Turbo. According to the leaker, the phone will come equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 (upcoming chip). This suggests that the device will be stacked against the upcoming Realme GT Neo 6, which is also expected to feature the same chip. Today, DCS is back with some more details about the smartphone.
The leaker revealed that the iQOO Z9 Turbo has the V2352A model number. For those who don’t know, the said device was recently approved by China’s MIIT authority. This suggests that the device will launch soon, probably in April in China.

According to the leaker, the iQOO Z9 Turbo will feature a flat display that offers a 1.5K resolution. In the comments section of the Weibo post, he mentioned that the device is equipped with a short-focus in-screen fingerprint scanner. In his previous leaks, he has mentioned that the device has a 6.78-inch LTPO OLED panel that offers a 144Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz PWM dimming.
The Snapdragon 8s Gen 3-powered smartphone is tipped to feature a massive 6,000mAh battery. It is said to arrive with support for 80W fast charging.
The leaker previously revealed that the device will have 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. In addition, it is likely to feature a plastic frame.
