Japanese Sony Xperia Z4 experiences heating issue

Sony Xperia Z4

It seems like the Japanese users of the Sony Xperia Z4 (also known as Xperia X3+ in other countries) aren’t really satisfied with the new device.

According to most of the users, they have been experiencing heating issue on their handset – so serious that it became too hot for them to even touch. Most of the retailers have also advised the users to switch off their device periodically while awaiting for advice from Sony.

From what we know, the heating issue should be due to the Snapdragon 810 processor – which is why many mobile manufacturers have taken attempts to avoid this chipset.
