The Lenovo K8 Note is the new budget smartphone introduced under Lenovo’s branding. It has arrived as a successor for the Lenovo K6 Note. The Chinese firm had designed Lenovo K7 Note but had to shelve it as it was only an incremental update over the K6 Note.
The Lenovo K8 Note has a premium design as its chassis is made up of metal and glass. It features a 5.5-inch IPS LCD screen that is covered with a 2.5D Gorilla Glass. It is available in colors like Fine Gold and Venom Black.
The MediaTek Helio X23 chipset is powered by Lenovo K8 Note. The dual rear camera includes a 13-megapixel sensor and a 5-megapixel sensor. The camera sensors can shoot images with blurring effect. for the background.
It features a front-facing camera of 13-megapixel. The smartphone is preloaded with Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS. The Chinese firm has promised to release updates at regular intervals for the K8 Note.
The Lenovo K8 Note is available in two variants featuring 3 GB of RAM + 32 GB of native storage and 4 GB of RAM + 64 GB of storage. Both the variants are respectively priced at Rs. 12,999 (~$202) and Rs. 13.999 (~$218) in India. The smartphone will be available for buying through Amazon India starting Aug. 18.
