Lenovo Legion Gaming Phone Bags 3C Certification

Lenovo has been teasing on the arrival of its Legion gaming phone, but it is yet to confirm the launch date for it. Now that the third quarter of the year 2020 has started, it is likely that the much-anticipated gaming phone may go official today. Now the Lenovo Legion gaming phone with model number L79031 has received approval from the 3C authority of China.

The Lenovo L79031 3C listing shows that it is a 5G smartphone. It is likely to ship with a charger that supports a maximum charging rate of 45W. In April, the Chinese firm confirmed that the phone will be coming with 90W fast charging. However, there is a possibility that the phone may ship with 45W wired fast charging and it will be coupled with faster wireless charging technology.

In May, the company had teased that the Lenovo Legion gaming phone is built to operate in horizontal orientation. The phone is expected to sport a pop-up selfie camera on the side of the device. There are two cameras nearly at the center position of the back panel of the device.

The Legion Phone is powered by Snapdragon 865 mobile platform and it is expected to come with an advanced liquid-cooling technology. The phone has reportedly crossed 600,000 points in AnTuTu benchmarks.

Hopefully, Lenovo’s gaming phone will appear with full specifications on TENAA in the coming weeks. It is expected to rival with ASUS ROG Phone 3 arriving in the same quarter.
