Lenovo is scheduled to announce the Lenovo Legion Y70 gaming phone on August 13 in China. The device will be positioned lower than the Legion Y90, which was announced earlier this year in the home market. Today, tipster Digital Chat Station shared the official images of the Y70, which seem to have been taken from some Chinese retailer listing. The images show that the Y70 does not have a gaming-focused design like the Y90.
As confirmed by Lenovo, the Legion Y70 will be made available in three colours: Ice Soul White, Titanium Crystal Grey, and Flame Red. Apart from the images shared by DCS, Lenovo has also released the official renders of the Y70. As can be seen in the images, the Y70’s red edition sports a dual-tone design.
The Lenovo Y70 images show that the device is equipped with a punch-hole display on the front. A black-colored camera module is available on the black and red variants of the Y70. The white model has a white-colored camera unit. A closer look at the camera setup reveals that it has a 50-megapixel camera with OIS support. The Legion branding can also be seen on the back panel of the device.
