Lenovo showcases its full-screen phone with a pop-up camera, which will be available later this year

After OPPO unveiled the pop-up camera design (periscope structure) which was able to increase the display ratio of oppo FIND X to 93.8%, a growing number of manufacturers are now adopting this design. Huawei and Xiaomi have followed the same design, and Lenovo Vice President Chang has revealed that it will launch a phone with a similar pop-up camera. After showing the design of the full-size mobile phone at the Lenovo TechWorld 2018 event held earlier in China, Liu Jun, the vice president of Lenovo actually demonstrated the design of the new machine during the interview.

At present, Lenovo has not disclosed the specific details of this new machine. Only Liu Jun said that the lens module design is also used up and down, and with the fingerprint identification sensor under the screen, the screen display ratio is further enlarged. Lenovo may be able to let this new machine come out before the end of this year, and grab the market before other competitors. As for this new smartphone, it is expected to belong to the Lenovo brand, and not be under the Motorola brand.

Huawei has revealed that the Honor Magic 2 will come with a similar design while the Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 which is expected anytime from now is also expected with a periscope structure. However, many smartphone enthusiasts are still disappointed after the Lenovo Z5 which was more of a hype than reality. Some people think Lenovo cannot be trusted with what it says after the Z5 blunder.
