In early June, Lenovo had launched the Watch X and Watch X Plus wearable devices to replace the Lenovo Watch 9 smartwatch that was announced earlier this year. The Watch X that carries a price tag of 299 Yuan ($44) has met with good response from the audience. Starting from Aug. 2, the Watch X Plus will be available for buying in China
The Watch X Plus carries a price tag of 399 Yuan ($58). Compared to the Watch X, the Plus variant features a Roman dial and it is also equipped with air pressure sensor. The Watch X Plus can be availed in Milanese black or silver strap variants.
Like the Watch X, its Plus variant features an OLED screen with luminous watch hands. It is equipped with 316L medical grade stainless steel casing. The screen is protected by sapphire crystal glass. Apart from air pressure sensor, the other sensors that are available on the Watch X Plus include barometer, heart rate sensor, blood pressure sensor, gyroscope, and geomagnetic sensor. It includes a 600mAh battery that can last for up to 45 days on single charge. It is also water-resistant up to 80 meters.
At the launch event of Lenovo Watch X and Watch X Plus, the company had claimed that the Leather strap versions of both smartwatches will be available with respective price tags of 329 Yuan ($48) and 429 Yuan ($63). The Chinese manufacturer is yet to confirm on the arrival of these variants.
