It appears that the Lenovo Z5 series appearance and performance level will not be related in many ways. Some months ago, the company released the Lenovo Z5 and it received a lot of backlashes because it did not deliver what it promised with the device. To make up for its mess, the company subsequently released the cheapest ever slide-screen full-screen smartphone. This device is also in the Z5 series, Lenovo Z5 Pro. Now, current report suggests that the upcoming Lenovo device which recently made a stop at TENAA with model number L78071 will be called Lenovo Z5s.
This smartphone will be Lenovo’s first device with a triple rear camera setup. In appearance, this device looks like the Huawei P20 Pro as the camera alignment, rounded edges and brand name location are similar. However, it has a rear fingerprint sensor which is not found on the P20 Pro. The proper name of this smartphone came to light after a wide speculation that the new Lenovo machine will be called Lenovo P20 Pro. For this reason, Lenovo Group Vice President, Chang Cheng, said that this smartphone will not be called Lenovo P20 Pro, the device is named Lenovo Z5s.
According to the data given by TENAA, this new Lenovo machine uses a 6.3-inch display, the body measurements are 156.7 × 74.5 × 7.8mm, built-in 3210mAh battery, and runs a ZUI system based on Android deep customization. In addition, as seen from the Lenovo Z5s naming, this new device is probably a mid-range smartphone and will most likely be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon mid-range chip. At present, Qualcomm’s optional mid-end chips are Snapdragon 636, Snapdragon 660, Snapdragon 675 and Snapdragon 710. Among them, the Snapdragon 710 was adopted by Lenovo Z5 Pro, and Snapdragon 636 was adopted by Lenovo Z5. At present, there is no official time for the release of this smartphone, so please stay tuned.
